Oakley O'Bryan started this company in 1956. Everybody called him Mr. Oaks. His son Ernie runs it now with his wife Suzanne, and their children Daniel and Elisabeth are the third generation working the shop and the trucks.
Our story
Seventy years in the same county
We are not a franchise and we are not a call center. When you dial the shop you get somebody who has been in houses like yours. That is the whole pitch.

Mr. Oaks opens the doors
Oakley O'Bryan starts the business in Harford County. People called him Mr. Oaks and the name stuck.

Ernie takes the trucks
Ernie O'Bryan grew up on job sites with his father, learned the trade the hard way, and took over the company.

The whole family works
Suzanne runs the office. Daniel and Elisabeth are the third generation on the trucks and in the shop.
